With determination and ambition, he embarked on a courageous journey to California, arriving with nothing but his dreams and a deep love for cooking.

In California, he seized every opportunity to learn, working after school alongside talented chefs who recognized his potential. His relentless drive led him to immerse himself in the vibrant culinary scene of the Bay Area, where he honed his skills and built invaluable connections.

In 2014, he realized his dream by opening Betto's Bistro—a testament to his dedication and resilience.
