We make Fundraisers easy to set up, fun to attend, and stocked with delicious food for everyone to enjoy.

Best of all, a portion of all purchases generated by the fundraiser go directly to the organization.

I agree to the following policy:

Your organization and our restaurant agree on the following terms:

Organization agrees:
1. To provide and address for the check payment of the donation.
2. To use the master flyer that Betto's Bistro has created to promote the fundraiser.
3. To print and distribute the Betto's Bistro flyer to the Organization's supporters at their own expense.
4. Not to create any additional materials which use Betto's Bistro name and/or logo or release information to the press without express written approval from a Betto's Bistro marketing representative.
5. Not to distribute the Betto's Bistro flyer inside or near the restaurant and not to leave flyers in public areas (i.e. on parked cars, in a mall food court), but instead give the Betto's Bistro flyer to actual supporters of the Organization.

Betto's Bistro reserves the right to terminate this agreement and cancel the event if flyers are distributed in or near the restaurant or left in public areas, where required by law, to register with, or obtain an exemption from, your state attorney general's office prior to the event.

Betto's Bistro agrees:
1. To provide an electronic copy of the fundraising flyers to the Organization to promote the event.
2. To donate to the Organization 15% of food and beverage purchases from customers who present the flyer at the designated location and on the agreed date; tax, gratuity, gift card and retail purchases excluded.
3. To keep an accurate record of the sales that will be the basis for the amount to be paid out to the Organization.
4. To present the check to the Organization within 30 days of the date of the fundraiser accompanied by an accurate accounting of the sales attributable to the fundraiser and the charitable proceeds resulting therefrom.

Flyers before or after this date will not be accepted. The flyers will be accepted at Betto's Bistro only.

Betto's Bistro reserves the right to feature the Organization's fundraiser (either individually or collectively with other fundraisers) as part of its promotional materials. Organization consents to Betto's Bistro identifying Organization by name, describing the fundraiser (including the percentage or amount donated to Organization), using Organization's logo or other trademarks, and using photographs or other recordings of your fundraiser in connection with such promotion.
